Reservation Information: A 50% deposit is due within ten days of making phone reservations. Balance of payment and $100 refundable security deposit due at check in.Cancellation Policy: If you cancel three weeks prior, your deposit is refunded less a 20% administrative fee. For weekly summer rentals, six weeks notice is required to cancel, less a 25% administrative fee. If cancellations are re booked, the entire deposit is returned less administrative fee as noted. Six units are available to accommodate up to 4 people. Each unit has two bedrooms with queen size beds.
